Silverlake Constructions is a privately-owned residential construction and development company based in Melbourne’s inner South Eastern suburbs. We specialise in residential building/ development, renovations and NDIS home modification design and construction.

Attention to detail is a major focus of the Silverlake experience. Because every project is unique, we take the time to get to know

each project's scope and specifications. We can make recommendations based on our experience in terms of materials and building techniques and

suggest cost saving options. We implement rigorous quality control procedures which are administered at every stage of our projects. We provide our clients

with progress reports and offer regular site inspections to ensure that all stakeholders are kept up to date with the construction process. We also ensure that clear lines of communication between the client and management are always kept open to attend to any queries throughout the construction process.

With a background in property development, Silverlake Constructions offer design and construct as well as development consultancy services for clients who have recently acquired land and not yet commenced on design. This allows the Silverlake expertise to be in involved in the project from inception to completion. Our design team will take into account site constraints, budget and client requirements and provide a tailored solution for client consideration.
