NDIS HOME MODIFICATIONS AND DESIGN

At Silverlake Constructions, our mission is to make homes more accessible. We work with occupational therapists to  create comfortable, safe, and functional spaces that enable people with disabilities, older adults, and their families to live optimally and independently in their own homes.

 

Our services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Dwelling access/entrance - wheelchair ramps and landings

• Handrails and balustrades

• Grab rails

• Anti scalding devices

• Tactiles and non-slip surfaces

• Ceiling hoists

• Kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovations and bath cutdowns

• Floor plan changes and structural work

• Home automation

• Making good / finishing the home modification including painting, repairs and cleaning up

• Maintenance

 

We have short lead time times for commencement of works.
